As a non-profit organization, fundraising is a key component in maintaining a quality program. We are a 501c3 organization and all donations are tax-deductible.

 

Our primary revenue source is player dues, paid by families, and donations received from generous individuals and businesses. Since these funds do not cover all the operating expenses, families must often raise their own funds to pay for equipment, uniforms, training fees, travel, and tournament fees. The average cost per player to participate each year can be greater than $1000, which can be particularly difficult for families with more than one player and/or modest means.

 

We are hoping to gain financial and material support necessary for the team's operations and success. By assisting us with key expenses, such as equipment, travel, facilities, and training costs, not only can we reduce the financial burden on the team and players but also allow teams to improve their overall performance by investing in better coaching, medical support, and player development programs.

 

In return, sponsors gain valuable exposure through branding opportunities, such as logos on jerseys, advertisements during games, and social media promotions. This mutual benefit fosters a strong partnership that supports the team’s growth while enhancing the sponsor’s visibility and reputation. Additionally, having you as a sponsor can boost the team’s credibility and attract a larger fan base, further driving revenue and engagement.
